They now need an Operations Manager to take charge of their client portfolio and team of Area Cleaning Managers throughout the Bristol, Avon & Somerset region.

The Operations Manager will have day to day responsibility for client accounts and will be a very strong people manager as well as having excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills.

The Operations Manager will be proactive and innovative and will be able to analyse data in order to give substantial service improvements as well as implementing policies and procedures, best practice, HR and discipline procedures.

Title: Account Director (Facilities Management)

Salary: £50,000

My client is a mid-sized and rapidly growing facilities management company who have recently taken over a contract to manage all facilities at the London HQ of a major blue-chip company.

They have restructured the account and identified the need for an Account Director to take charge of the client. The Account Director will be at Senior Management level and be a very strong people manager as well as having excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills. The Account Director will manage a team of managers who are in charge of teams including FM, M&E, cleaning, security, front of house and helpdesk. The emphasis will be on hard services so the Account Director should have strong experience in M&E/hard services in particular. The Account Director will be proactive and innovative and will be able to analyse data in order to give substantial service improvements as well as implementing policies and procedures, best practice, HR and discipline procedures.

The Account Director will be used to a site-based role managing £multi million contracts. This is a Monday to Friday role working office hours with flexibility for callout and would suit a Senior Manager with hard FM experience. You may be a Senior Account Manager or Account Director at the moment or in a similar role such as Senior Facilities Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
